A) It’s technically a toilet, not a chair and B) it’s far from discarded, but instead housed in a palace in Udaipur, India. Still though, it’s worthy of your attention. The King, his name is blanking, but I’ll come back to it was crippled. He had an ill toilet made for his comfort however.
